5)Why do you want to become a forum moderator? -> I like being forum mod, I roam through the forums a lot also.
6) How can you contribute to the forums after obtaining moderator, And how will you help the rest of the staff? -> I will make sure everyone falls through with the rules.

8) Why do you think you DESERVE Forum Moderator? -> I got experience and I know mostly everyone. And your going to see a hell of a lot of me on forums xD.
