Legacy is better.
They're both OK. Add some colors.
And C4D's. You can find good C4D's, if you go to ; http://www.planetrenders.net/
And search "C4D". Just Copy and paste them and add/edit some colors of the C4D's and the opacity and things.
You'll get it after some work.

Really, just get some brushes and mess around then play with the effects until you like it. myphotoshopbrushes.com for the brushes.
