    Mod App Rule. Empty Mod App Rule.

    I've been making this rule in many communities and it looks like we need it here.

    If you create a mod app don't spam the staff about reading it if you do it will become locked.

    Everyone has been forewarned and don't do it again.

    Any staff members want to add on to this post go ahead.
