    Trey and I are now taking away some of the phats.

    ALL REGULAR MEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CRACKERS OR PARTY HATS. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS YOU WE BE BANNED OR WORSE.

    Note: Staff members are fully allowed to have party hats. Reg members are allowed to have a party hat only if Trey gave u one. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO KEEP ONE IF HE DID GIVE U ONE.

    haha, in fact, normal players ARE allowed to have party hats, only reason i decided to collect is because there were to many, hey, it was either than or economy reset?
